Fixing SUSE Tumbleweed Live ISO boot hang

I had some issues with the SUSE Tumbleweed live image when booting from a USB stick. I used the live-fat-stick (https://github.com/cyberorg/live-fat-stick) from Ubuntu to create my USB stick.
If you get a hang during boot where Journaling won't complete you most likely are hitting this issue. What happens here is that it tries to mount a persistence partition, and this will fail and it will just try and try again without succeeding...

openSUSE 11.2 with ATI graphics

I ran into some problems while setting up my openSUSE 11.2 x64 system using ATI graphics. The problems occurs during the install and configuration of ATI's proprietary driver.

First of, you must enable POSIX shared memory, since this is not enabled by default in openSUSE. (At least not in my case).$[BREAK]$

Please note that this guide is intended for x86_x64 only. It might work for x32 as well if you mod the pre-requisite part.
